Position: Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executive

Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

MMW Bone Alignment Centre focuses on helping individuals achieve a healthier and pain-free lifestyle through traditional Chinese bone-setting techniques blended with modern therapeutic practices. Our non-surgical, drug-free treatments support recovery from conditions such as sprains, misalignments, scoliosis, slipped discs, sciatica, and long-term body pain.

Your Responsibilities

Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-in customers with professionalism and genuine care. Explain available treatments, service packages, and pricing clearly to help clients choose suitable options. Build strong rapport with new and existing clients, supporting them through each stage of their recovery. Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client consistency and treatment outcomes. Keep client details, enquiries, and sales records organized and updated. Assist in administrative and marketing tasks such as preparing documents, letters, and basic promotional materials. Work towards personal and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Provide assistance before and after treatments to enhance the overall client experience. Promote the centre's wellness services and training programmes to increase engagement and awareness. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and events. Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Should Bring

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations (experience in healthcare or wellness is an added advantage). Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A motivated team player who takes responsibility for their work. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other local dialects is a plus. Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
