Position: Customer Service cum Indoor Sales Executive

Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins professionally and with care. Explain treatment options, service packages, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their recovery journey. Conduct follow-ups to encourage treatment continuity and improve outcomes. Maintain organized and accurate client records, enquiries, and sales data. Assist with administrative and marketing tasks, including preparing documents and simple promotional materials. Work towards individual and team sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Support clients before and after treatments to enhance their overall experience. Promote the centre's wellness services and training programmes to boost engagement. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, events, and promotions. Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations (healthcare or wellness experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust. Organized, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, positive, and a strong team player. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage. Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
