Job Scope - Follow up and update customers\xe2\x80\x99 status and information. - Responsible with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. - Handle customer enquiries and complaints via calls or chats. - Propose alternative solution to customers. - Provide feedback to management on improvement areas based on customer/client issues. - Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery Requirements: - Minimum Diploma - Good in writing and communication skills. Working Days : Monday - Saturday/Sunday ( 6days per week ) Location : Ayer Keroh, Melaka Basic salary : RM 1,800 - RM 2,000 Contract basis (6 months)
