Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls and emails from customers pertaining to online products and services. The position will require you to support the contact centre in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Ability to support the contact centre in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage. The Package: \xe2\x80\xa2 RM 2500 during probation \xe2\x80\xa2 RM 2800 upon confirmation (English and Bahasa Malaysia) \xe2\x80\xa2 Language allowance (Mandarin language) \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance related allowance on a quarterly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 15 days Annual leave. \xe2\x80\xa2 14 days Medical leave. \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical and hospitalization insurance coverage. The Requirements for the Role: \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh grads with no more than 5 years experience will be ideal for the position \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work on shifts. More information: Contact Centre Operating Days : Monday-Sunday Contact Centre Operating Hours : 7am-2am Work days : 5 day week; off days are based on the roster. The interview coordinators will send you a MANDATORY ASSESSMENT via email; this is a timed assessment that you will need to complete and pass (do check your all your inboxes for this as sometimes, it might end up in the spam folders) 7. Once you have completed the assessment, you are to inform the interview coordinators via skype (all these instructions are indicated on the email to you) 8. Your assessment will be marked (please do allow some time for them to do this) and the information will be shared with you in due time 9. As per our Company policy for employment, we are required to conduct reference checks before any employment offers can be made. As such, you will also receive an email to request for you to voluntarily provide consent for these reference checks to be carried out. 10. For those who have passed the assessments and reference checks, an interview slot will be arranged for you. 11.
