Responsibility : - Handling incoming calls and esquires from customers with demonstration of excellent - customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation - Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction - Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity - To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure - Requirements : - Minimum qualification: SPM with 2 years working experience - Fresh Graduates (Diploma) or (Degree) are encouraged to apply - Must be able to communicate and write well in English - Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantages but not necessary - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Basic computer literacy (MS Office) - Willing to on rotation shift - Benefits : - Shift Allowance = RM9 per night shift - Customer Service Allowance - KPI Allowance - Language Allowance (Mandarin) - EPF and SOCSO contribution - Must be able to work on shift basis (1 shift = 9.5 hours) (5 working days) - Additional Benefits : - Training Provided - Allowance Provided - 5 Working Days
