Position : Customer Service
Job Type : 6 months contract
(Renewable or Conversion to Permanent - Subject to performance)
Work Location : Menara Lien Hoe, No. 8, Persiaran Tropicana, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Basic Salary : RM2000.00 - RM2500.00
Overtime : Entitled
Benefits: EPF & SOCSO, Medical Benefits Entitled and Training Provided
Working Hours 8am - 5pm / 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm and 1pm - 10pm

Working Days Monday - Sunday
5 Working Days, 2 Days Off (not fixed)
8 hours working , 1 hour break Rotation Shift
Working Mode: WFH (Mostly WFH, however will need to enter office if any major meeting)
Fixed Language Allowance: RM150

:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
2. Provide information and troubleshooting to subscriber or dealer in a proper manner.
3. Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Escalate ticket to respective department for further investigation and do follow up call to subscriber and
dealer.
5. Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
6. Fast learner (Must be able to find the information and solution during high traffic of calls) without providing
wrong information.
7. Ad hoc: outbound call from list provided.

Requirement:
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to multi-task with phone calls while processing and documenting work.
\xef\x82\xb7 Willing to work in shift.
