Call center dealing with credit cards, online banking, loans, and other banking-related matters.
Working hours: 24-hour shift (Shift will change every month)
Working days: 5 working days with 2 off days/week
English proficiency is required as customers to deal with international customers
Should have own transport to travel to Jalan Tun Razak as no public transport is available during the midnight shift

Requirement

Open to SPM (5 years working experience - at least 1 year in CS), Diploma (2 years working experience - at least 1 year in CS) and Degree (fresh graduate).
