Job Description

  • Call center dealing with credit cards, online banking, loans, and other banking-related matters.
  • Working hours: 24-hour shift (Shift will change every month)
  • Working days: 5 working days with 2 off days/week
  • English proficiency is required as customers to deal with international customers
  • Should have own transport to travel to Jalan Tun Razak as no public transport is available during the midnight shift
  • Shift allowance
Requirement
  • Open to SPM (5 years working experience - at least 1 year in CS), Diploma (2 years working experience - at least 1 year in CS) and Degree (fresh graduate).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
