Continuously improve customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the specified timeframe.
Collaborate with all relevant parties to meet customer delivery requirements while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Oversee materials availability, production schedules, and order deliveries to meet customer expectations.
Ensure timely invoicing for all dispatched orders.
Streamline daily operations to reduce lead times and prevent conflicts.
Perform additional administration activities when required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in customer service, administrative, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
