Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTIONS :-

  • To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
  • Follow up with the customer on pending cases
  • Create report in the system
REQUIREMENTS :-
  • Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
JOB DETAILS :-
  • Position : Customer Service Professional
  • Intake Date : March Intake
  • Working Location : Graha Maju
  • Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2days off - rotate)
  • Working Hours : 7.00 am - 4.30pm/ 1.00pm - 10.30pm
  • Salary : RM1800 - RM2500
