JOB SCOPE:Handle and assist customers\xe2\x80\x99 general inquiries via chat support system.Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients\' partners.Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLAREQUIREMENTS:Excellent English & Thai communication (verbal & written) skills.MUST be able to speak, read and write in Thai language.Diploma and above or equivalent.Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and able to handle clients are welcomed to apply \xe2\x80\x93 Full training providedAble to work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.
