Job Description


Ensure dedicated customer requirements are met timely and complaints resolved amicably.

Customer Service & Control Tower

  • Review Bollor\xc3\xa9 Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.
  • Control tower support: SOP update, contractual rates update.
  • Preparation of meetings with customer: analysis, reporting, charts.
  • Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the control tower team and the network.
  • Follows the direction of Program Manager for the action plan.
  • Carrying out any other request made by the Program Manager.

Requirements

Technical
  • Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service function
