Job Desription: 1. Develop new customers. 2. Communicate effectively with customers through social media to understand customer needs and inquiries. 3. Maintain the business of old customers. 4. Handle & solve problems of customers, drivers, team leaders, communicate with the production department and report complaints. 5. Maintain online customers and do a good job in after-sales maintenance.
