Job Description
Homestay Customer Service :
- Supervise Customer Service performance. Such as occupancy rate, unit condition, price adjustment
- Coordinate with the housekeeper team, maintenance team to maintain cleanliness standard and maintenance of properties
- Restocking of cleaning tools and supplies
- Prepare proposal or market research if needed for exploring new homestay
- Miscellaneous administrative and reporting tasks.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out and aspects of guest services.
- Handle and resolve guest requests/issues (within reasonable limits) by always ensuring prompt action.
- Travel to different location in Klang valley
- Able to standby on call after working hour for urgent task.
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
- A good planner and organizer
- Have own car and transport
- High problem solving skills and able to solve problems independently
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Rest day on weekday.
Office Location: Subang Jaya USJ 1
Working Location: Klang Valley
Working hours: Full time 5 days a week Advantage:
- Experience in real estate in admin or marketing, customer service and etc.
