Job Description
Job Scope:
- Be part of creating pleasant customer experiences
- Meet and greet clients and leads according to company SOPs
- Tend to online and offline enquiries
- Learn to execute customer related administrative tasks
- Accurate customer record keeping
- Team updates and appointments
- Data entry for leads and enquiries
- Liaising and communicating with different departments according to the needs of the job
; Requirements: - Job Requirements: This job shall require the individual to have:
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner on work processes.
- Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients.
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week including public holidays
Confirmed employees shall be entitled to
