  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for product or service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
