RequirementsJob Vacancy: Customer Service RepresentativeDo you enjoy talking to people over the phone and through chat, helping them solve problems? We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our fun and energetic team, providing top-notch service to our customers!Job Requirements:Educational Background:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent, with preference given to those with relevant e-commerce or customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce platform operations
  • Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiar with the backend operations of platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop
  • Strong analytical skills to improve strategies based on sales data
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data processing and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Educational background in marketing or related fields
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, chat, and email to provide quick support and solutions.
  • Learn about our products so you can respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers with their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges on the e-commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide the best customer support.

  • Night shift allowance: RM50 - RM100 per night shift.
  • Weekend shift allowance: RM50 - RM100 per weekend shift.
