Convince potential customers to purchase products or services
Explain products or services in detail and answer customer inquiries about sales presentations
Continuously achieve sales targets according to assigned projects
Actively interact with the company on new products, Q&A and promotion directions
Provide customer service through mobile phones and instant messaging platforms, communicate effectively with customers and entertain customer inquiries about products.
Able to resolve customer complaints smoothly and formulate responses and solutions in a timely manner. Refer complaints to supervisors for handling when necessary
Monitors the website, manages client accounts and transaction process reporting, social media, handles detailed information on inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Provide all customers with a good service attitude, appropriate interactions and follow up on each customer\'s report
Basic department administrative work and interaction and communication between some personnel
