  • SPM & 2 years of CS experience | Diploma & 1 year of CS experience | Degree & no experience required
  • Familiar with Simplified & Traditional Chinese
  • Accept 24/7 shifts & public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Effective teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with customer service software
Responsibilities
  • Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and services
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, using decision support tools and resources to provide appropriate solutions to customers
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Provide additional products and/or services and complete KPIs
