Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively Excellent knowledge of traveling software Job Requirement Vietnamese and English Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business English) Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is a must.
