-Generate sales leads -Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction -Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution -Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents -Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
JCW Trading is a company which established in 2010, and mainly focus of trading business. The company buying native and special products from other countries, and selling to the local users. Besides of the products from foreign countries, JCW Trading also selling local products like beverages, Tongkat Ali and perfume to the tourists from all around the world. The company currently sells the products under the shop named Nanyang Yen, a trade shop which under World Trade Regal Trading Sdn Bhd, another company leading by the same directorship.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
