Job Description
- Able to speak and write in mandarin. Voice communication in case of necessity.
- Cheerful personality, enthusiasm, strong empathy, teamwork spirit
- Responsible for maintaining the new registered users with patience
- Follow up and guide users to familiar with the content and tactics in app using platform.
- Replies to user questions
