\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the Sales Order management \xc2\xb7 Update the shipment plan to meet customer demand. \xc2\xb7 Keep exact forecast and follow up customer demand. \xc2\xb7 To respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 emails within 24 hours. \xc2\xb7 Update forecast in system in time, and keep exact customer information for planning and purchasing \xc2\xb7 Responsible for updating customers with the latest delivery schedule. \xc2\xb7 Control FG stock \xc2\xb7 Provide monthly updated forecast to Planner. \xc2\xb7 Able to make use of SAP software in issuing of all types of orders. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate internally to ensure that customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs are met \xc2\xb7 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution \xc2\xb7 Provide customers with weekly inventory status and to resolve all liability issue when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents \xc2\xb7 To resolve A/R issues, when necessary and others task given by superior.
