Previous working experience in customer service or education related fields is an added advantage but not essential.
Customer-oriented and possess good service etiquette.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Any ad hoc assignment as given by the superior.
Assist in organizing events and seminars.
Able to travel outstation.
