Previous experience of 1-2 years or more in a similar role within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry preferred.
Essential proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin (Reading , Written and Spoken).
Knowledge of Japanese and Korean languages would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and gather travel/tour information (e.g., hotels, meals, guides, and other services) based on the sales information received.
Prepare and generate competitive tour quotations for sales teams operating in Southeast Asia, China, and Japan markets.
Communicate and liaise with sales teams based in Southeast Asia, China and Japan to understand clients\' needs and requirements effectively.
Handle inquiries from the sales department regarding travel arrangements and tour policies.
Address sales department inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring courteous and efficient service through point of contact.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
