Excellent spoken and written communication abilities in both Mandarin & English.
Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Mass Communications or any equivalent.
At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with experience in customer service management is preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
Demonstrated professional customer service skills with a respectful, positive attitude, and strong adaptability.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge and understanding of the Internet, familiar with RM is preferred.
Able to work on shift.

Responsibilities
Respond effectively and efficiently with customers through various channels.
Develop rapport with customers to understand and adequately make appropriate requirements for development and support requests.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Provide recommendations within the area of expertise to support customer needs.
Handle order complains in a timely manner, form a work log, and provide timely feedback on abnormal problems.
This position is one (1 ) year renewable contract.
