Job Description


  • Deal directly with customers via Voice (Inbound call only) and Non-Voice channel
  • Making appointments and scheduling accordingly
  • Records & answer to customer inquiries
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Remunerations
  • Basic (up to RM3,200) Negotiable and depend on interview performance with relevant working experienced.
  • Allowances (up to RM600)*
  • Annual leave 16 days per annum*

Working Hours
  • Rotational shift basis (within 8:00am - 8:00pm)
  • Maximum 5.5 working days
  • Working shift will be disclose during the interview session and depend on Operation arrangement.
