- Managing customer service inquiries efficiently and effectively - Respond to external / internal customers in a professional and timely manner. - Resolving any issues to ensure a top rated seller status. - Order all the packaging materials for the online sales operation - Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone. - Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery. - Acquire and apply product knowledge and effectively communicate them to
customers to build sales based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs. - Closing the sale including upselling, cross-selling, and reinforcing customers purchase decision. - Follow-up on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services,
proactively and efficiently.
