Job Description
As a Customer Service, you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.As the first-line response to customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer.As part of the team, you will be in line with our customers to address and resolve issues via Live Chat or enquiry channels.You will work with various teams to resolve customer support concerns, escalate issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand.

- Require the minimum level of education
- Experience in Telegram, Live Chat, or any other Customer Service Communication Channel is advantageous.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
