- 7am to 4pm
- 3pm to 12am
- 10pm to 7am
Customer Service/Support
Working Hours: 9 hrs rotate shift (include 1hrs break ,6 days\' work/week)

Company Background: Call Centre (MNC Company)
- Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Basic: RM 1900 - RM2100 (Depends on Communicate level)
- Night shift allowance RM300
- Kpi Incentive up to RM400
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS (Contribute according to gross salary)
