  • 7am to 4pm
  • 3pm to 12am
  • 10pm to 7am

Customer Support

Working Hours: 9 hrs rotate shift (include 1hrs break ,6 days\' work/week)

Company Background: Call Centre (MNC Company)
  • Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
