MNC Call Centre Customer Service | Nusajaya Medini JB Basic : RM 1900 - RM2500 (dp on English proficiency) Salary range : Up to RM3100 Allowance up to RM1000 Rotational Shift ( 9 working hr inclu 1 hr break, 6 working days per week ) - 6 days working allowance RM300 - Night shift allowance RM300 - Kpi Incentive up to RM400 Job Requirement Able to work on weekend and public holiday Minimum SPM cert Speak fluent English and Malay Able to work on weekend and public holiday Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s need Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone, email or Chat Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken Benefits : *EPF, SOCSO, EIS *Annual leave & MC *Full Training Provided *MNC Working Environment *Free shuttle service *Facilities : Cafeteria, Rest & Relax Zone
