- Provide customer support regarding Bank via phone calls
- Educate customers on Bank\xe2\x80\x99s products and services & direct them toward available resources for self-help
- Complete the necessary documentation accurately to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions
- Alert management of issues that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem
- Suggest call centre process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness
- Degree in any discipline
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Strong service orientation
- Able to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
