-To handle all customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally in the timely manner. -To update and maintain customer interaction in the customer relationship database. -Shall be dealing directly to customers by telephone, by email or visual call. Must be willing to build long-term relationship with customers. Shall be communicating clearly both in written and in speech that customers can understand. REQUIREMENTS: -A Malaysian citizen with at least a any discipline. Must have excellent command in English. -Someone with initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Application Deadline: 04/30/2023
