Job Description
Job Requirements- Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent- Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)- Meticulous and Details Oriented- Ability to work in teams and open to others\xe2\x80\x99 views- Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Responsibility- Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.- Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.- Constantly review working processes with vendors- Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
