Location : Petaling JayaSalary : RM N/Ajob descriptionJob Responsibilities:

• Response to customer inquiries via telecommunication channels (calls, emails, chats, web tickets).
• Perform user guidance at Level 1 and 2 wherever possible and strive for first call resolution.
• Clarifying the customer\'s complaint and escalate priority issues and reporting to high-level management to resolve user issues.
• Following up with complicated customer calls when required.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• To perform shipping tasks - receiving, issuing, shipping and other related duties instructed by superior.
• Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs.
• Provide customer service support to the sales team.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions.
• Participate in additional trianing courses as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in related field would be an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge/background/experience preferred.
• Good communication/customer service skills, accurate and logical problem solving, multitasking skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to adapt to changing circumstances and provide customized solutions.
• Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken multilingual languages.
