Job Description


Client relations managers act as the middle person between a company and its customers. They ensure that the customers are satisfied by providing them with guidance and explanation on their accounts and services received by the company. They also have possible other tasks such as developing plans or delivering proposals.
Elderly care facilities in Malaysia currently focus mainly on the provision of basic living requirements and medical support. These facilities generally resemble palliative and hospice care environments, where the elderly do not live in an environment that encourages optimism about life.Our philosophy is to provide a positive, life affirming environment in our facilities that encourages social interaction and recreational facilities. Our centres are located in good and safe neighbourhoods and within a homely setting.All our homes have a 24-hour elderly care assistance, by our experienced team of caregivers, along with 3 in-house physiotherapists that implement a monthly exercise routine where each resident has access to regular and complimentary physiotherapy sessions. We also have 2 in-house dietitians to consult on our daily menu and meal plans. We believe with our team of experts, we are able to provide suitable and comprehensive care to our senior citizens. We have homes to cater to various type of care managed by our skilled nurses, caregivers and physiotherapists. We offer long-term, short-term and day-care services
