Facilitate smooth communication with doctors in private practices and hospitals through efficient inbound and outbound calls.
Provide inbound customer service support, including order taking, processing, tracking, and follow-up with doctors.
Assist doctors with inquiries about healthcare products related to hypertension, including pricing and specifications.
Skilfully screen and redirect incoming calls while identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Follow established communication protocols to offer accurate information via phone or email.
Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide clear assistance.
Help customers understand their needs and promote effective use of services, creating a positive experience.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Customer Service Management, Business Administration, English Studies, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Candidate must possess professional attitude and appearance.
