Tanggungjawab
To efficiently handle customer inquiries
Handle all customer inquiries coming from multichannel, including WhatsApp, calls, emails and Livechat
Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
Issuing invoices, prepare memorandum and customer reports (if any)
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
