Job description

Receive Customer at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Customer registration and appointment scheduling
Dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
Provide administrative support and assist in monthly stock take
Record medical billings/invoices, responsible for daily cash handling
Basic Computer skills such as Excel
Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce a good corporate imageRequirements: -
At least 2 years working experience as customer service
Must possess at least a Diploma in any field or relevant studies.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Customer satisfaction orientation.
Highly self-motivated person, willing to think and evaluate the issue from different angle.
High level of communication skills with customer and team member.
Demonstrate teamwork spirit towards objective of customer satisfaction
Assist in other administrative tasks as required by Clinic Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
