Job Description
Package: SGD 2,000 - SGD 3,000 basic Responsibilities:
- Attending to inbound calls and call back requests from customers
- Point to point enquiries from customer
- Attending to emails enquiry
- Good in English (speak & write)
- Able to speak Mandarin will be a huge advantage
- Prefer Diploma and above
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- Have experience in call center is highly preferred
- Rotational shift
- 13th month salary
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Required)
- Mandarin (Required)
