To learn more, visit .1. Receive new sales orders and ensure all information on the orders is adequate and properly sign-off.
2. To create sales order in system (SAP) upon receipt of the orders from customers.
3. To follow up closely with shipping liners and forwarding agent on shipping schedules.
4. To acknowledge to customers on shipment schedule
5. To work closely with Planning Executive/Production Planner and immediate supervisor on the stocks availability and production schedule
6. To do shipping booking with shipping liners/forwarding agent (based on priority of the liners against destinations) and follow up closely on the booking confirmation.
7. To advise customers on any changes related to the booking confirmation and goods readiness.
8. To continuously/on going check items availability for warehouse personnel to be able to create delivery.
9. Follow up with sales offices on acknowledgement and keep and maintain all records on all acknowledgement
10. Review and acknowledge all order changes and revision. Follow up with sales office to receive revised purchase order (P.O).
11. To liaise with customers on any request for Kuantan product information.
12. To continuously update Kuantan status with information on customer orders \xe2\x80\x93 date received, ex-work, RETA, Volume and value.
13. Work closely with Planning Executive/Production Planner and immediate supervisor upon changes or revision of Purchase orders.
14. To liaise with relevant departments on any requests made by customers related to products manufactured in Kuantan Plant.
15. To create invoice for Finished Goods shipment and to verify the product/quantity/price tally with PO received from customer.
16. To process customer request for new materials creation for finished goods upon request from customers.
17. To verify all export freight invoices by weekly.
18. To Monitor lead-time measurement report on weekly basis.
19. To monitor non-manufacturing customer complaints ( service/documents - issue) on weekly basis
20. To update forwarders/liners on their weekly performance report
21. To monitor orders meeting ETA dates on weekly basis
22. To update rolling forecast from customers on monthly basis
23. To assist in any activities requested by supervisor as per deemed necessary.Qualifications
