Job Description
Job Title Customer Service Rep
Location(s) Petaling Jaya
The post-holder will be responsible to support customer care department in general function on quotation, shipping coordination and inventory. He will be liaising with transporters and courier companies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify and respond efficiently to customer enquiries
- Generate quotation for service contract/billable/consumables
- Ordering of service parts.
- Process both service contract and billable orders from order entry to invoicing
- Uploading Delivery Order and Invoice into e-system (Procurement)/Customer e-Portal
- Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes according to corporate policies
- Coordinate shipping between various manufacturing sites, warehousing and third party suppliers
- Ensure timely reporting of orders and inventory.
- Purchasing of local Stock
- Handling of customer complaints and work with relevant parties to resolve them
- Establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Participate in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time
- Other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin / Logistic or Supply Chain
- Good PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- SAP S/D module experience will be an added advantage
