Shift type- Rotatinal & Day shifts / Night shifts
Working type - 5 days working in a week / Mon to friday

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with 0-5 years of experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Maintain customer records and documentation.Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills. Experience Required: Min 1 Year/s
