Kelayakan

• Possesses minimum SPM certificate with good credit in language and basic computer knowledge
• Has at least 1 year experience in customer service position in retail outlet/healthcare/services industry or has experience working as a Clinic Assistant
• Fluency in Mandarin and English with Bahasa Malaysia language skills as an added advantage
• Friendly and patient
• Independent and willing to learn new things
• Able to comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
• (Part-time) for Bayan Baru, Penang

Tanggungjawab

• Attend to walk-in and call-in client\'s inquiries
• Arrange appointments efficiently
• Registration and follow up appointments
• Able to do basic administrative works
• Assist in handling clients who require speech & language, mental health and hearing related rehabilitation services
• Assist in sales and promotional activities, client follow up program, client retention/loyalty program etc and as required
• Maintain clean, tidy and hygiene working environment
