Most of the work will be related to:

• Receiving users registration applications, restoring user accounts in the corporate database, and responding to requests about the functions of the mobile app.
• Tracking online orders, processing memos in a timely manner.
• Outbound calls to users to inform them about new features of our loyalty program or promotional offers.
• Checking drivers\' vehicles for compliance with the company\'s rules and requirements, car branding.
• Active participation in promotional campaigns;
• Approaching local businesses for advertising purposes.

Our requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• Strong command of both English and Chinese;
• Sales or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
• Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Computer literate (CRM, MS Office).
