Most of the work will be related to:

• Participation in promotional campaigns to spread the brand awareness in the city.
• Approaching potential business partners of the company with propose of extensive and fruitful cooperation.
• Work with promoters.
• Online communication with drivers: registration in mobile application, assisting with work related issues;
• Processing requests and feedback from users (live chat, outbound calls, face-to-face);
• Tracking the quality of the provided service and handling objections.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
• Strong command of Mandarin and English;
• Sales or Customer Service experience will be an advantage;
• Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Computer literate (MS Office).
