Job Description


  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service or administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcomed to apply
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any discipline
  • Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in relevant fields are also accepted
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the operation, marketing & sales team
  • Prepare and update presentations regarding customer issues
  • Well verse in database management
  • Contact prospects via phone call, whatsapp or email
  • Whatsapp blasting & Email blasting
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Perform ongoing duty & task as directed by director
