Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

• Handling Customer Service task such as booking, carrier booking, handle shipment arrangement, billing & file closing.
• Support and assist Teamleader for export division.
• Drive Safety culture within the department & act as role model for other staff within the organization.
• Ensure correct TGF policies are being adhered to in the department as per product & company policy.
• Jointly responsible with country management for all regulatory compliance as it applies.
• Ensure performance without fail for all shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Professional Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience related logistics company.
• Comprehensive product & market knowledge.
• Microsoft Office proficient, CW1, Customs Declaration System (RA / Sealnet / Cargo declare)
• IATA/FIATA, Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK), DG certified is an added advantage.
