Job Description


  • Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails
  • Respond to customers\' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely
and accurate way
  • Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Immediate entry
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telesales/Customer Service
  • Fresh graduated are encourage to apply
  • Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
