Customer Service Representative

Job Description
- Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers\' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Immediate entry
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telesales/Customer Service
- Fresh graduated are encourage to apply
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara
