Job Scope Have a basic knowledge in Logistics/Shipping/Forwarding Liaise with Customers, Carriers, Overseas Agents, Transporters and Hauliers etc Daily coordination for import export shipments by sea, air or land mode Handling multiple Customers and shipments - organization, prioritization, delegation, time management, make a to-do list (multi-tasking skills are needed) Preparing costing for Billing team generates invoice Computer - Ms Outlook (email), Ms Excel, Ms Word Customer Service Skills and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
